4. Diaper Changing Race
Give participants a baby doll, diaper, and blindfold. The goal is to change the diaper as quickly (and correctly) as possible while blindfolded.
- Why it’s fun: Chaotic, competitive, and always hilarious.
- Tip: Time the rounds to crown the fastest diaper changer.
