10. Tulle Pom-Pom Wreath

Lightweight and full of texture.

Supplies:

  • Red, white, and blue tulle
  • Scissors
  • Wreath ring or foam base

Instructions:
Tie tulle strips around the frame until it’s full and fluffy. Alternate colors for a firework-inspired effect.
