Ingredients:

  • White or clear glue
  • Shaving cream
  • Glow-in-the-dark paint or powder
  • Neon food coloring
  • Baking soda + saline

How To:
Mix in glow powder or glow paint, let it charge under light, then turn off the lights and watch it glow while staying squishy and fluffy.
